Personal data collected by this website is held by Underbelly Limited who complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Unless you have expressly given your consent, any personal data collected on this site shall not be passed to any third party, other than By Popular Demand Promotions Limited, the parent company of Underbelly Limited. Your personal data will be dealt with fairly and for the purposes for which it was collected or supplied.
Performers' Application Form
Your address and contact details will be used only in relation to your application and, if successful, your dealings with the venue as a performer. You must give your consent to our processing of your submitted data, including the addition of your email address to our mailing list in order for us to be able to process your application. Your email address will be added to our mailing list see below, but you may unsubscribe any email address at any time.
Mailing List
We operate an opt-in policy and will only add your details to our mailing list if you have given your consent by ticking the relevant box at the time of submission. However, in relation to performers' applications, we will only be able to consider your application if you have given this consent. If you give feedback or contact us by email we will not add your email address to our mailing list unless you have expressly consented.
To stop someone subscribing you to the list, we send you an email confirming the subscription request and providing a link which will validate the email address when clicked. This ensures you are only subscribed if you. want to be
The mailing list is used solely by Underbelly Limited and By Popular Demand Promotions Limited to inform you of forthcoming events and offers at the Underbelly. We usually only send two or three emails a year outside the festival. However, we may send you more regular emails in the lead up to and during the festival in August every year.

Advance Booking Form
Edinburgh
Advance booking of tickets for the Edinburgh Fringe is done through the secure website of our booking provider Red 61. All communications with the secure website at the checkout stage are encrypted to protect your credit card information.
Red 61 only act as a conduit and do not store any personal data. Any credit card and other booking information submitted on the advance booking form will be transmitted securely to the Fringe Office secure server where it may be accessed by Fringe and Underbelly box office staff. Credit card information will be retained only until the transaction has been successfully processed. Other personal and contact information will be retained in the booking database. Any email address submitted while booking tickets will only be added to our mailing list if you opt in at the time of booking.
Brighton
Advance booking of tickets for the Brighton Fringe is done through the secure website of the Brighton Ticket Shop. All communications with the secure website at the checkout stage are encrypted to protect your credit card information. Feedback Form
Information submitted on the feedback form is sent to the Underbelly webmaster. Your comments may be circulated to other personnel within the Underbelly organisation. If you requested that your email is added to the mailing list, we will do so. See above if you wish to unsubscribe.
