Underbelly Productions presents, produces and promotes a diverse programme of international work at Edinburgh Fringe but also touring the country. As part of the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe, Don’t Tell Me Not to Fly a one-woman cabaret featuring a revolving cast of some of the West End’s favourite ladies premiered in the 900 seater McEwan Hall. Underbelly also co-produce a number of shows every year at Edinburgh Fringe. In 2019 we co-produced 25 shows including: Dinosaur Zoo – the critically acclaimed international hit took audiences into a new dimension of theatre, Circa: Humans – returned with their smash hit after an incredible sell-out season in 2017, Danny Macaskill’s Drop and Roll Live – the YouTube sensation made his long-awaited Edinburgh Fringe debut with a brand new show featuring jaw dropping stunts, Abandoman Aka Rob Broderick – Road to Coachella – Ireland’s finest hip hop musical comedian.
2019 marked the eleventh year of Underbelly Festival on the Southbank – one of the biggest multi-arts offering in London and London’s original pop-up festival, with over 140 shows programmed over 6 months on the South Bank. Underbelly produces and co-produce a number of the acts in the annual programme of world class entertainment at our beautiful pop-up festival right in the heart of London.
Olivier Award Winning La Clique returned to London at Christmas in our Leicester Square Spiegeltent with the creme de la creme of the world’s cabaret, circus and comedy stars.
