The 2008 festival has now finished. It's been a fantastic year for Underbelly. We sold 157,000 tickets, presented 126 shows a day and our programme garnered some fantastic reviews. We were nominated for more Stage Theatre Awards than any other venue, and 10 of our productions were nominated for the Total Theatre Awards. Add to that sellout runs for Joan Rivers, Jerry Sadowitz, Sammy J in the Forest of Dreams, Jim Jeffries, The Terrible Infants, The Caesar Twins and Newsrevue and it really was a special year.

2009 will be our 10th anniversary year at the Fringe. We can hardly believe it! Prepare for the Year of the Cow!
